Romiromi aligns the physical (taha tinana), mental (taha hinengaro) and spiritual (taha wairua) dimensions through the manipulation of the body and energy work.
A combination of deep pressure, massage and deep stretching of the body, helps releasing tension, improve blood circulation and promote overall wellbeing.
